Refund policy

Because each grrrments item is custom printed to order just for you, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply — custom-made and personalized goods are exempt under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For the same reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse or for an incorrectly chosen size. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: We've got you. If your order arrives flawed or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund. This 30-day window covers obvious shipping damage and print faults. It does not limit your statutory rights, including the EU legal guarantee of conformity (up to two years) for goods that are defective or not as described.

Wrong address: If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we can reship it at your cost.
